We come back to the question of Iran we are surprised , because the Americans did in the past what they don’t do now . Ahmadi Najat visited Baghdad under the sight of the Americans and their protection .and visited Beirut Not before long American security sources busted the white house acknowledged a secret plan to topple over the Iranian regime by means of propaganda , economical methods and getting in touch with the internal opposition and sabotaging the Iranian Nuclear schedule . So the American president consented CIA to do black secret operations in Iran , aiming at changing their ruling regime .Using media campaign and wrong data against them ; providing the opposition with hi- tech machines to overcome the imposed monitoring on the internet . these groups will be able to contact with each other and pass the data to the Americans. In the meantime this campaign is planning to practice great pressure on the Iranian economy by flittering with Iranian currency and the financial international transactions . this source assured to the British newspaper : Telegraph : that Iran was cheated , they bought faulty parts from the Nuclear black market ; in an attempt to hinder the uranium fertility schedule . FBI ordered putting things into actions inside the Iranians who live in America ; to gather information ; to make use of the relation between those in America and their families inside Iran to get information about the home positions. By that time , Iran accused America of planting a network of spies along the sensitive bordering regions to carry out sabotage .

Najat continued his sharp assault on US ,assuring that there are some countries assuming to advocate human rights ; killing daily hundreds of persons in

Iraq and Palestine . he wondered how these countries dare to claim they are concerned about human rights violated in other countries .( Ayman el Zawahri, the second man in Quaeda ) asked his supporters to escalate Jihad ; to include other countries in the middle east .he was careful about establishing the Great Syria; including Lebanon , Palestine and Syria .he tried his best not to let Lebanon fall under the hands of Hezbollah ; the Shiite .

Gates , the American defense minister is thinking in a mutual convention ; allowing the American troops to stay in Iraq for a longtime . he took the example of South Korea . forces concentrated on Korea since the breaking out of the Korean war in 1950 – 1954 . Bush sent his councilor Cellophane to help the Iraqi government to achieve political consequences which US stipulated for the continuation of the American – non military co-operation in Baghdad

America wants the national reconciliation and impart the political operation to put an end to the conflict going on for years . they stress the officers to give a hand to the tribes and little insurgents and the political religious leaders to stop violence . the resolution signed by most of the Iraqi senators for the sake of putting a time schedule for the American forces to pull out from Iraq – would lead to no way . On the same level , there is a sort of conflict inside the American congress between the democratic who demand Bush the same time schedule ; and the republicans ; supporters of Bush who considered define an appointment for withdrawing the troops as a declaration of defeat . ; this gives a move to the resistant insurgents who try to control Baghdad . In fact , the Iraqi senators think that the existence of the American forces in Iraq is the problem not the solution and these troops are considered an occupation ; forming a continuation of violence and resistance . the real problem existed in—excess of violence in Baghdad in spite of deployment of extra American forces in the frame of the new security plan . In addition to the fears of not controlling the situation with the increase of the operations of car blasts and suicide blasts in Baghdad and the transportation of violence to Mussel in the north together with Karbala and Nagaf in the south , while there is suspicion in the ability of Malki government to carry out what they promised in Sharm el Sheikh and issuing the three laws concerning the equal division of the petroleum fortunes among the Kurds , the Shiite and the Arabs ; besides changing the constitution and reconsidering the law of eradicating Ba’th and the return of those who were released from the army which suffers sectarian chaos because of depending mostly on the Shiite .

The Arabs don’t care much about the exhortation issued from the International Agency for atomic power. it was too late to persuade Iran not to go on fertilizing Uranium , while there is a talk in both the American and European administrations about the readiness of the west to negotiate with Iran in a way – to allow it to keep a part of its nuclear activity . Thomas Fredman ; urges Bush to be more realistic with the geopolitical convert took place in the middle east . He thinks America has two choices : to keep thousand of troops in Iraq for unknown time.; or to dialogue with Tehran on a large scale ; concentrating on the exchange of interests to establish the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan . Fredman thinks that the stability in the middle east depends now on the relation between America and Iran . Not as some imagine on the axis of “ Cairo – Riyadh – Amman “ since Iran won’t permit stability to come back again in Iraq unless they guarantee their interests by keeping the Shiite – Kurdish balance and persuading the Sunnis a reasonable deal guaranteeing their rights .America can’t leave their soldiers to die for the restoration of the Sunni minority to rule Iraq . the legal questioning about the staggering reasons from the Arab side not to reach a compromise with Iran and doing a regional equation in the middle east where each part takes care of its interests .

In these considerations , the return of the relation as – some people think – between Egypt and Iran .Najat persists on being ready to resume the relations as soon as Egypt says ‘ yes ‘ . As a matter of fact it isn’t good for both Egypt nor the Arabs to renew the relation ; because Iran when succeeding at last to make the nuclear bomb; they will control all the middle east , especially the Arabic Gulf and then swallowing Egypt as a reward for their nuclear achievement . Never did the Iranians co-operate with Egypt nor the Gulf countries . they think they are superior . they never forget they were Persians who possessed such a great empire which once occupied most of the Arab world .

They never forget as well how Egypt helped Iraq and supplied them with ammunition and weapons to stand firmly before the Persian obstinacy .

On the other hand , Iran used to increase the shipments of weapons to both the armed Shiite in Iraq and the insurgents of Taliban in Afghanistan as an attempt to stress on the American forces and the western allies . some experts believed that the specification of the weapons offered to the Shiite in Iraq can affect the battle operation ; like missiles 240 whose range is 30 mile forward . the Shiite used their missiles against both the British and American troops in Basra and Baghdad . ; even one of them came near the American embassy . these missiles are considered to be the strongest and the effective . they carry marks that prove the Iranian revolutionary guards were involved in these operations. The Iranian government provided Hezbollah with these missiles known as ( Fagr 3 ) .the British forces grasped two shipments coming from Iran in Helinand region . that showed there was possible connection between the two historical enemies : the Iranian Shiite and the Afghan Sunni . the Iranians confiscated weapons in Afghanistan including Hawn missiles 107, RBG .and blasts C4 and little weapons .

The Europeans and Americans expressed their concern about the increase of the shipments of the Iranian weapons to the insurgents in Iraq and Taliban considering these new provisions of weapons reflect the increase of the Iranian boldness . the Americans believe that the “ Jerusalem Force “ ; following the Iranian revolutionary guards ; besides they are responsible for the private Iranian operations abroad ; they are in charge of providing the armed militia in Iraq and Afghanistan with weapons . therefore , the American private military operations in Iraq together with the diplomatic talks with Iran focused on an attempt to decrease the effect of “ Jerusalem Force “ and stopping the deadly Iranian activities .

In his explosive suicide statements continued Najat to declare ,on the 18th commemoration of Khomeini --- that the beginning of overcoming Israel got started and that the world will witness the destruction of Israel soon on the hands of both the Lebanese and the Palestinians . He assured that the corrupting arrogant forces and the Zionist regime did all their best in 33 days fighting with Hezbollah , but the legend of Israel collapsed .To the Americans disappointment , the American ex leader of the coalition forces in Iraq declared that America has to forget the possibility of achieving victory in Iraq altogether . He thought that if it goes well politically and economically with the existence of good Iraqi leadership at least , the Americans would avoid defeat . He confessed that the US is in a state of leadership crisis . He described the present position in Iraq as dull . He attributed that to the fragile performance during the first stages of the invasion . He , even criticized himself ; making a lot of mistakes in Iraq .Moreover , the British , think in being ready to pull out completely from Iraq by the end of 2008 so as to be concentrated on the operations in Afghanistan ; since Britain can’t sustain two fronts at the same time . el Bra,de’e ; the manager of the international agency for Atomic power exhorted a strong verbal of the hazard of the utilization of force to discourage Iran not to carry on its private schedule of fertilizing Uranium . He described those who claim to assault Iran as the( New Crazy ) He added – it is impossible to overcome the hi – tech gained by the Iranian scientists by hitting the country militarily . He commented that those new crazy didn’t learn from the Iraqi lesson . Rice responded that Bra,de’e “ chaos the message “ directing to Iran because he criticized America for thinking of attacking Tehran . she went further ; saying that US isn’t preparing for war against Iran . and Dick Chini supported this policy .At the same time , the defense minister ; Robert Gates assured that CIA is convinced that Tehran can produce the nuclear weapon by the end of 2015 . He demanded the sanctions imposed on Iran should be intensified .

Again , we must admit there was a political Iranian schedule in Iraq . the reactions of Iran with the Iraqi crisis was the reflection and direct expression about this Iranian schedule which went back to the Iranian - Iraqi war long ago . perhaps decades before where Iraq used to play the regional force against the lust of expansion .

Let’s say the Iranian ambitions aspire to sovereign the gulf . whether , since the US enabled Iran to play this role after the British official withdrawal from the gulf on November 1971. Or after the changeability anew to be against Iran after the collapse of Shah regime and setting up the Islamic Republic on February 1979 . In the two stages Iraq was a basic force confronting Iran . In the first stage , by the end of 1971 it was the force against the Persian ambitions. In the second stage ; namely after the arise of the Islamic Republic in Iran ; Iraq was the force functioned to contain this republic which turned into a direct enemy to the US . In the region ; the Iraqi – Iranian war was the most dangerous role in the history of Iraq against Iran This excavated huge rifts in the Iranian strategic consciousness( the Iranian schedule in Iraq ) arose as a result . this schedule was inspired from the lessons of this war , most of all ,not to enable Iraq to wage war against Iran again ; whether to prevent the appearance of a strong Iraq anew . , able to threat or to prevent establishing an Iraqi government hostile to the regime in Tehran or by appointing Iraqi government ; sympathizing with Iran ; holding the power in Baghdad or by breaking the Iraqi national bond into pieces and exploding the sectarian, ethnic conflict or by using all these above mentioned . this schedule explains the summary of the Iranian policies towards Iraq ; beginning with the introduction of the Iraqi – American crisis ; extending to the stage of the menace of the conquest , then , the occupation where Iran could possess the tools of strong and efficient influence inside Iraq which imposed on the Americans the conversion over all their policies in Iraq . the new American strategy , was the last that entitled the name of president Bush substituting the recommendations of reporting the study committee of Iraq which the American congress formulated , presided over by James Becker ; the ex- secretary of state and Lee Hamilton ; the ex – democratic senator . this strategy refused these recommendations at the top of them posing time schedule for the withdrawal from Iraq , and accepting the negotiation with both Iran and Syria . they raised the slogan of ( Evil Axis ) which include Iran Syria together with Hezbollah , Hamas , El Jihad movements in Palestine . they created a new axis facing the other axis entitled the axis of mediocrity including Egypt , Jordon and all the six Arab countries – members of the Gulf – Co – operation council –

Washington started to impose a regional block between ( mediocrity axis ) facing the (Evil axis ) .Now America is negotiating with Iran in Iraq . it was obligatory negotiation , but it points out a cluster of facts formulating what we can call “the new American strategy in Iraq “ the first of these facts was the admission of defeat and giving priority to an honorable pull out “ securing a reasonable limit for the American interests from one hand and guaranteeing stability and internal security in Iraq after the withdrawal ; the most important of all . It depicts as a frank defeat to the Americans from the other hand .

The second of these facts is the consciousness of the best solution to all these demands is globalizing the crisis or rather “ globalizing the pull out “ that is to say the US is trying hard to let other regional and international parts participate in managing the Iraqi crisis as a prelude for the American military pull out because they don’t want this poll out to be considered an American pull out which will affect positively the position of the US as a super power , besides , the opportunities of the Republican party, the presidential election which will take place by the end of 2008 .- will be weak .

These facts interpret the American retreat of refusing the dialogue with Iran , also interpret the retreat of the congress of the condition they put to finance the war and positing a timing schedule for the pull out of Iraq .these facts are the other face for the American crisis in Iraq . It is a miserable face described by one of the British officials that going down towards chaos . one of the evidences of this failure for the American security plan in Iraq is the high rate of the American casualties . Furthermore ; the numbers of the injuries are great and they can’t come back again to fight .but, how much will Washington have to pay for Iran ; in return; to save America from a disaster in Iraq ? and will this deal include the Nuclear file ? and to what extent will the Iranian schedule find in Iraq a chance in this transaction ?what kind of Iraq will be after the American withdrawal ? what roles will it play ? and what coalition make ? all these questions are important , but ; most important of all how will the new American directions be ? and what is the future of these axis which America made ? and how will that affect the regional equilibrium plan ? and the roles of the regional powers ?

There should have been an Arabic schedule to impose itself in Iraq to adjust what comes out from the Iraqi crisis which began to follow without Arabic potentials to bear consequences……. the resignation of Admiral William Falon ; the leader of the American troops in the middle east represents the latest ring in the series of the conversions which the administration of president Bush live . since the end of 2007; it has been agreed that Bush , no longer rules the US , nor does he understand its present foreign relations a feeling is being prevailed on a large scale nowadays . there seems a kind of coup d' etat in America ; where the sovereignty or the control of Bush on the main positions of war and peace have been withdrawn from his hands . this coup has taken the form of mutiny by the people of foreign political sets ; implying the convention of Rebort Gates , the leader of the army and the manager of CIA ; General Michael Hyden ; who was nominated by Bush himself ; where the sets of the 16 departments following the administration on December 2007 … spread a report , assuring that Iran stopped its nuke military schedule since 2003 . thus the most important of the output of the report came to refute the claims of the White House saying that Iran is working on developing nuclear weapons . CIA , in its report is deciding to step aside any military action done by the hawks of the administration . It was moving on this trend , its desire not to repeat the Iraqi error , when they responded to the pressure of Chini – Rams field's flank , the time of invading Iraq . these mistakes resulted in losing its credibility and affected negatively on its ability to interfere to correct the American war processes against terrorism , as it was claimed .

Falon 's resignation has other reasons . he paid the price of expressing his opinion clearly , when he talked through an interview with ( Squire Magazine ) about his opposing to the escalating attitudes of the administration against Iran . Thomas Barnett wrote in his essay that Falon will be eliminated soon enough , and that won't be a surprise and that because the White House wants to nominate more flexible and obedient leader . He added that the president and his vice are deciding to do military tasks towards Iran before 2008 . Barnett pointed out that high level sources in the American administration revealed that on September 2007 the American ministry of Defense made a plan called " check mate " implying ; striking some Iranian nuclear and military targets by the American Air forces .Barnett made clear that Admiral Falon said by that time that he eliminates any war between America and Iran . He said in another interview with El Gizera that the idea of war is not good , there will be negative repercussions on the region and the world , asking the neighboring countries to Iran to try hard to prevent war . the cause of Iran was not the only cause when Falon was at good terms with Bush . On September 2007 , the American " Washington Post Journal " said that Admiral Falon believes that the increase of the number of the troops in Iraq was not successful and wouldn't do any good . On February 2008 the American " New York Times " said Falon supported resuming the pull out of the American troops from Iraq ; to reduce the enormous pressures on the army . He said in Afghanistan that America was too absorbed in Iraq on the expense of the armed operations in Afghanistan . Rebort Gates described this interview in the " Squire " as silly ; though it anticipated the resignation of Falon . This ; doesn't express a single case of an officer's mutiny on his leader in the army , but it draws a picture of a state of boiling in which the American army live Besides ; there was a research revealed in the magazine of " Foreign Policy " on March 2008 that the American officers are worried about the conditions of their army after the years of war in Iraq and Afghanistan and they considered their army unable to confront another new war This research prepared by the centre of " New American security "during December and January 2007 that 60 percent of officers considered that the American army is weaker more times than it was before 5 years . 37 percent think that Iran is the most country that benefited from the war in Iraq . While 22 percent think that China was the most beneficiary . Other think that 19 percent that America benefited more from the Iraqi war . Although Bush's administration feels worried because of Iran's nuke programme , and wishing the military option to be ready , yet , we don't find any evidences to put this option into action .
